Why is the role required
WSP Netherlands is growing fast. To support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who sees recruitment as a strategic profession, who understands organizations and who makes a difference with conviction and expertise. In this role, you combine hands-on recruitment with leadership, stakeholder management and international collaboration. This role can be in either Breda or Nieuwegein, working with an experienced recruitment team.
Your role
You take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. From the moment a vacancy is identified to the final offer, you manage every step of the hiring journey across the Netherlands. With a strong sense of urgency and precision, you ensure roles are filled efficiently and strategically, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR, and Finance. Your role is pivotal in shaping and executing effective workforce planning.
You act as a trusted advisor to the business. Drawing on market intelligence, data, and your professional expertise, you guide stakeholders with confidence. You bring structure to complexity, offer pragmatic solutions, and create clarity in a fast-moving environment—so everyone involved understands the path forward.
You are committed to continuously elevating recruitment performance. By tracking key metrics, spotting trends, and turning insights into action, you refine and enhance processes. You keep a close eye on budgets while driving improvements in both quality of hire and overall candidate experience.
You play a key role in strengthening the candidate journey and employer brand. Every interaction you design is transparent, professional, and engaging, ensuring candidates feel valued throughout the process. At the same time, you contribute to initiatives that position WSP as an employer of choice within the Dutch market.
Your just not collaborate locally with the team, but also on international Talent Acquisition initiatives. Working alongside the Head of TA – Central Europe, you support cross-border projects, share best practices, and contribute to process enhancements. Your efforts help drive the transition toward a more unified, globally aligned Talent Acquisition model.
Your profile
Experience in talent acquisition
Strong in stakeholder management within complex international matrix organizations
Experienced in end to end recruitment
Data-driven, solution-oriented and independent
International experience is a strong advantage
Positive mindset and good energy

Je ontmoet ons team en de leidinggevende om je technische en culturele vaardigheden te beoordelen
Tweede Interview
Hierna volgt er een gesprek met de Business Unit Director om je potentiële rol en onze strategische visie te bespreken.
